- I started selling on Ebay in 2005 with a focus on selling new & redundant I.T equipment to the Ebay community. I generally provide I.T equipment that has been acquired by an Assett Management company. I pride myself on ensuring the items I sell are of an expected standard and I like to employ clarity in all cases so that all potential buyers know what they are paying for. I pride myself on providing a high level of customer service and always strive to ensure all my customers go away with the feeling that their experience was a pleasent one, in the hope that they will return and participate in future transactions. - Shipping:
- POSTING & PACKING The post and packing costs listed are what I deem as reasonable. The cost level is to ensure there are adequate funds in place to pack and postage your item to the require standard. All postage and packing costs are inclusive of insurance unless stated otherwise. Shipping is limited to mainland United Kingdom addresses only and will generally be dispatched within 7 working days from date of cleared payment. In all cases I will do my best to get your item to you as quickly as possible (within 4 working days).
- Policies:
- COLLECTION ITEMS Items that are deemed to be too large for general shipping will be clearly listed as a collection only item. Where an item is listed as collection only, full details including collection address and contact details will be sent at to buyer at the end of the auction/fixed price sale. NOTE: I can provide a pallet service if you are unable to collect an item that has been listed for collection only. This service is offered for a fixed price of £60 per pallet. Pallet delivery is available within mainland United Kingdom only. COLLECTION TIMES: Collections in all cases are restricted to Sundays between 11am and 1pm. For items that I deemed small enough, I can offer buyer an alternative collection day from an alternative address.
